2015 Dove of Peace Christmas Ornament

White House Christmas Ornament is proud to present the 2015 Dove of Peace Christmas ornament. The ornament represents a symbol that held special meaning for President George Washington after he won independence for the United States. For the rest of his life, President Washington did everything in his power to ensure America would endure in peace. The dove ornament is three and a half inches from green olive branch to tail and three and a half inches tall with a four inch wingspan. Accented with gold, the white dove has hinged wings and a banner with "Mount Vernon" written on one side and "Dove of Peace" on the other side. Red ribbon for hanging and an informative enclosure card are included with the ornament. This collectible comes in a colorful gift box with a top showing the dove in flight and the words "Peace with all the world is my sincere wish. G. Washington."
